Billing Rates (As of 6/1/2007)

In-Store Work
Rush Service - $90.00/Hour (Turn-around in 24 hours or less)

Standard Rate - $60.00/Hour (Turn-around in 48-72 hours)

Saver Rate - $45.00/Hour (1-2 weeks for service, great if you are going on vacation)

***30-minute minimum charge for in-store work***

On-Site Work - $90.00/Hour ***1-Hour Minimum Charge For On-Site Work***

CommWise does not work on any operating system earlier than Windows XP. We would be happy to provide a quote for upgrading a Windows 98 or Windows ME computer to Windows XP, if possible.

All turn around times are estimates. Work may take longer than anticipated depending on the severity of the problem.
